SERVOcut S
This oil forms a milky emulsion when mixed with water and incorporates a rust inhibitor for anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties. Additionally, it includes a biocide to prevent bacterial growth within the emulsion. Renowned for its superior cooling and lubricating properties, this oil enhances surface finish and minimizes tool wear effectively. Recommended for use at a concentration of 5%, it is particularly well-suited for grinding applications, with more diluted emulsions suggested. To maintain a stable emulsion, it is advised to add oil to water. Meeting the BIS: 1115-1986 specification, this oil is recommended for various cutting operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

SERVOcut Super

SERVOcut Super stands out as a high-quality, soluble-type metalworking fluid that creates a stable milky white emulsion, ensuring a prolonged emulsion life. It delivers exceptional surface finish and extends the lifespan of tools. Complying with the superior performance standards of IS: 1115-1986, this metalworking fluid is suitable for a variety of machining applications. Typically, the recommended emulsion strength for machining varies from 5 to 10 percent, depending on the severity of the machining process.
Synthetic Soluble Cutting Oils
SERVOsynth 2/5

SERVOsynth oils These are water-soluble synthetic grinding coolants. The solutions derived from these coolants are transparent and devoid of any oil or fatty content. These products exhibit noteworthy anti-rust properties. Specifically, SERVOsynth 5 incorporates a special inhibitor designed to safeguard cuprous metal components within machine tools.

recommended for grinding operations of iron, steel non-alloyed steel and nickel-chrome steel. SERVOsynth 2 is recommended for grinding of ferrous metals, high nickel and titanium alloys only. These oils are not recommended for machining of non-ferrous metals. These oils meet IS: 11186 – 1985 specification.

SERVOcut 51

SERVOcut SERVOcut 51 is a non-staining type of neat cutting oil formulated by blending high viscosity index base oils and incorporating fatty materials to enhance its free-flowing and heat dissipation characteristics. With the ability to maintain a light color throughout its service life, it ensures clear visibility of machining operations. This cutting oil complies with IS: 3065-1985 Type I Grade II specifications. It is highly recommended for machining both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Additionally, SERVOcut 51 is well-suited for free cutting on mild steel, especially in applications with high spindle speeds and short cycle times, such as those found in screw automats, capstan, or turret lathes.

SERVOcut 151

SERVOcut 151 This is a high-quality neat cutting oil designed with additives to minimize tool wear and enhance machinability. It effectively prevents premature regrinding of tools and maintains the original color of components. Particularly well-suited for multi-tool setups on automats, where various operations are conducted on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is also highly recommended for specialized operations like thread grinding, form grinding, and milling involving multiple cutters. Under specific conditions of speed and load, it can also serve as a lubricant for machine tools. Notably, it surpasses the IS: 3065-1985 Type 1 Grade II specifications.
SERVOcut 201

SERVOcut 201 is a non-reactive type neat cutting oil formulated from high viscosity index base oil. Tailored to accommodate a diverse range of machining operations, it contributes to achieving a superior surface finish while safeguarding tools from excessive wear. This cutting oil adheres to the IS: 3065-1985 Type 2 Grade III and U.K. Defence DEF STAN 91-26/issue 1 for Oil ZX-6 specifications. Highly recommended for all machining operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, especially in situations where the severity is not high. Additionally, it ensures components do not undergo discoloration.

SERVOcut 253

SERVOcut 253This product is formulated by blending low-viscosity, high viscosity index base oils. It offers enhanced cutting support during prolonged, continuous work cycles. Notably, it exhibits minimal mist formation, particularly when utilized in high-pressure coolant-fed systems. The product’s low sludging tendency at operating temperatures optimizes filter life. It is specifically recommended for applications such as deep hole boring, deep hole drilling (including gun drilling and trepanning operations) that employ pressurized coolant systems for effective swarf removal and cooling at the cutting point. Additionally, it delivers satisfactory performance in the deep hole boring of stainless steel. However, it is not advised for use on non-ferrous metals.

SERVOcut 335 / 345

SERVOcut 335 / 345 These oils are enriched with additives that impart anti-weld, oiliness, and extreme pressure (EP) properties. The inclusion of chlorine makes these oils suitable for cutting operations characterized by extreme pressure, low or moderate temperatures, high feed rates, and low speeds. They exhibit exceptional performance in various machining operations on non-ferrous metals, including gear hobbing, gear shaving, screw cutting, tapping, milling, reaming, etc. Importantly, these oils ensure components do not undergo discoloration during use.

SERVOcut 353

SERVOcut 353 This cutting oil is a sulfur-chlorinated type known for its exceptional cooling and anti-weld characteristics, making it particularly advantageous for precision machining of intricate shapes. With a low viscosity, it is specifically formulated for challenging operations like deep hole drilling and deep hole boring, especially in scenarios requiring pressurized delivery of the cutting fluid to efficiently clear fine swarf. This product is suitable for cutting ferrous and ferrous alloys exclusively and is also applicable for certain honing operations.

SERVOcut 945 / 945A

SERVOcut 945 / 945A These are active-type neat cutting oils known for delivering superior surface finish and prolonged cutting tool life across a broad spectrum of operating temperatures. Particularly recommended for machining high tensile stainless steel and nickel-chromium alloys on automats, gear cutting, hobbing, drilling/reaming, and thread cutting machines. It is important to note that these oils are not recommended for use on non-ferrous metals. SERVOcut 945A, in particular, contains a high dosage of sulfurized fat to enhance surface finish and tool life.

SERVOcut BR SERVOcut BR is a specialized non-staining neat cutting oil with exceptionally high oiliness, attributed to the presence of fatty material. The oil exhibits excellent foam release capabilities and its application effectively prevents the overheating of workpieces, eliminating the risk of metal distortion. Recommended specifically for flute grinding of drills, reamers, and various grinding tools involved in rigorous metal grinding processes. Additionally, SERVOcut BR is suitable for gear cutting, hobbing, and high-speed metalworking operations. Importantly, it can be used on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

SERVOmet 033

SERVOmet 033 is This low-viscosity neat cutting oil possesses outstanding anti-weld and lubricity characteristics, specifically designed for demanding machining operations involving aluminum alloys, magnesium, and brass. The oil demonstrates superior heat transfer properties, ensuring effective cooling during high-speed operations. Particularly recommended for tasks like deep hole drilling and similar operations on non-ferrous metals, where the oil is pressurized to wash away swarf and debris from the cutting area. It can also be applied in certain free machining operations involving ferrous metals.

The absence of materials that may cause stone glazing contributes to achieving a very good surface finish. Additionally, it extends the lifespan of honing stones significantly. While primarily designed for honing applications, it can also be beneficial for other operations such as turning, drilling, and tapping of aluminum alloys. Moreover, it is suitable for certain machining operations involving both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

SERVOarol Light is a premium quality low viscosity straight mineral oil, especially developed for cold rolling operation without affecting gauge accuracy. Its narrow boiling range and high IBP reduces the evaporation rate thereby bringing down the roll coolant consumption. It has inherent oiliness property to reduce friction, help metal reduction without permitting slippage. It is non-staining and non-corrosive and has good additive solubility for fats and alcohols which are added by the aluminium manufacturers for production advantages. It meets Food Drug Administration, USA, requirements.

Steel Rolling Oils

SERVOsteerol C 4 This premium-quality emulsifiable fluid, designed for the cold rolling of mild and medium carbon steels, is an oil-in-water type. It produces a stable and long-lasting emulsion when mixed with water, exhibiting excellent cooling and friction-reducing properties. The use of this fluid leads to enhanced roll life, reduced power consumption, and increased production efficiency.

SERVO Steerol C6

SERVOsteerol C 6 This emulsifiable fluid is a premium-quality oil-in-water type recommended for the cold rolling of mild steels and medium carbon steels. Boasting exceptionally high emulsion stability, it excels in providing excellent cooling and friction-reducing properties. The emulsion it produces contributes to a longer roll life, reduced power consumption, and a surface finish free from stains. Thanks to its heightened emulsion stability, the specific oil consumption is significantly lower compared to other rolling oils. With a well-balanced composition that includes natural fats, the emulsion exhibits excellent “Plate out” characteristics, ensuring effective roll and strip cooling.
